Officially, from your 16th birthday you are ready to become a professional athlete.

Officially, from a purely physical point of view, you are also past your growth spurt and at the peak of puberty.

OFFICIAL ! but in practice it does differ from person to person. at cfc we look at each case on a case by case basis.

From the age of 16 you are in principle ready to start strength training in a responsible manner.

We will work with you/son/daughter on the points you indicate. Trainings are tailored to the individual, the points and the level of the player.

depending on your wishes you can work on your strength at cfc. this can be done by both regular and non-athletes but also as an athlete you can work on functional strength at cfc.

to provide your body with the right fuel during strength training.

Maybe you just want nutritional coaching to lose some weight, that's possible too! We'll get to work for you and make a customized weekly schedule!
