TRAINER KENNETH CARDON
With 25 years of experience as a player and more than 10 years as a coach, Kenneth has been able to develop into the football expert he is today.
Loyalty was always important in his playing career,
from his youth at Club Brugge to his time at KVV Coxyde ( 3rd division ), KVV Oostduinkerke ( 1st provincial ) and KM Torhout ( 3rd division ).
Despite many injuries, he fought back every time and found new motivation in developing youth footballers.
His adventure at KSV Diksmuide as a player and trainer of various youth teams led to a successful contribution to the recovery of the A-team from 3rd provincial to 3rd amateur and youth football from a two-star to a four-star training program.
After a period as a coach at KV Kortrijk, he decided to take a sabbatical in 2021. In 2023, he retired from football at the age of 31, grateful for his experiences, including those in Qatar and Ajax, and the chance to play against world-class players such as Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku, and Thibault Courtois.
In July 2024, he founded CFC together with his wife Sana and After only 6 months, they already have 10 locations in Belgium and 2 in the Netherlands, and they coach players of all levels. 98% of customers extend their training series, and 25% make the step to a higher club.
cfc works together with experts such as a mental coach and nutritionist and looks to the future with confidence.

Passion for youth education

I deeply believe that a huge amount of talent is lost, simply because we push youth into generic systems, in short, assembly line work.
Developing an individual needs a customized approach, especially in today's world. Everyone has a talent.
The best thing there is is to see someone grow and blossom step by step and to be able to contribute to that as a mentor.
At CFC we want to give people the right guidance from the start!
