Approach to CFC

Detail coaching & stop-help method - Freeze the exercise at the moment of the wrong approach and adjust in detail.

Questioning - Have the football players come up with a solution themselves and think about the mistake.

Situation mirroring - Contrasting the wrong approach with the new approach. Demonstrating the added value of the new approach.

Repetition - Quality of exercises over quantity.

Discipline - Require every CFC player to approach every drill with 200% focus. We also believe that "Discipline off the field equals discipline on the field."
